<P>岗位职责：根据英文技术资料，开发新一代辅助调度系统（CAD）。<BR>岗位要求：<BR>  1.   全日制本科以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业；<BR>  2.   4年以上C#/VC开发经验；<BR>  3.   熟悉C++/C#/ASP .NET /XHTML/CSS/JS/SQL语言；<BR>  4.   熟悉OO编程和各种设计模式；<BR>  5.   熟悉Web GIS二次开发，如Google Map/Bing Map/Virtual Earth；<BR>  6.   熟悉GPS的标准语句（NMEA 0183）及开发；<BR>  7.   熟悉COM端口/ USB接口通信的开发；<BR>  8.   熟练阅读各种英文资料；<BR>  9.   良好的沟通和表达技巧，团队合作精神，较强的自学能力，良好的编程习惯；<BR>  10.  熟悉C++高效服务器端编程者优先；<BR>  11.  有一定MapInfo软件使用经验者优先；<BR>  12.  有MSSQL大容量数据并发存储经验者优先；</P>

<P>Key Responsibilities:<BR>Develop a new generation of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system according to English technical documents.</P>
<P>Qualifications:</P>
<P>1.  BS/MS in Computer Science or related fields;<BR>2.  4+ years development and programming experience on C# /VC;<BR>3.  Familiar to C++/C#/ASP .NET /XHTML/CSS/JS/SQL Languages;<BR>4.  Fulfills OO technologies and variety Design Pattern;<BR>5.  Web GIS Development(such as Google Map/Bing Map/Virtual Earth…)<BR>6.  Familiar with GPS standard(NMEA 0183) sentences, development;<BR>7.  COM port/USB port communication development;<BR>8.  Strong skills in both written and reading;<BR>9.  Team spirit; Self-learning ability, Capable in programming;<BR>10. Experience of high-performance server-side programming is a plus;<BR>11. Knowledge of MapInfo Tools is a plus;<BR>12. Experience of Concurrent large-capacity data storage is a plus;</P>

<P>    CAD是为美国911呼叫中心而研发的计算机辅助调度系统。美国的911呼叫中心主要用于处理紧急求助电话，并要求警察，消防队员和紧急医疗机构的快速反应。在紧急情况下，CAD可以给911调度人员和急救人员更多、更准确的信息。CAD系统中最强大的功能之一，是一个自动车辆定位系统，它可以让911调度员直观地看到警车、消防车和救护车在整个城市地图上的具体位置，即使这些车辆在移动中，它们的位置也可以实时的在地图上显示出来。这就方便了调度人员可以调度离事故最近距离的车辆前往事故现场，而不管在车辆通常驻扎在哪里。</P>
<P>    CAD is Computer Aided Dispatcher for 911 calls. It handles emergency calls, requires response from the police, firefighters or medical emergencies. Give 911 dispatchers and emergency responders more and better information during an emergency. One of the most powerful features of the CAD system is an Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) system that allows dispatchers to see the locations of police cars, fire trucks, and ambulances throughout the city on a map, even when they're on the move. That allows dispatchers to send the closest vehicle to the scene of an incident, regardless of where the vehicle is normally stationed.</P>
