ArcCatolog中连接不上SDE(SQL SERVER2005)

<DIV class=t_msgfont>我用ARCCATALOG连接SDE数据库,出现如下错误
<H2>Failed to connect to specified server Operation failed[]</H2>.我的数据库是SQL SERVER2005,ARCGIS SERVER 9.2,ARCSDE FOR SQLSERVER9.2.操作系统WINDOWS SERVER 2003</DIV>
<DIV class=t_msgfont>其中iomgr_esri_sde.log中错误描述如下:</DIV>

<P>我的连接参数是这样设定的: </P>
<P>Server : fresh(我的机器名)<BR>Service : esri_sde<BR>Database : sde<BR>usrname: sde<BR>password: ilovechina</P>

<P>我以前都可以正常连接,现在重装系统都没解决这个问题.</P>
