ArcSDE读写Oracle的授权问题

 
<P><FONT size=5><FONT size=6>AE9.2下面通过ArcSDE在Oracle 10g中建立数据集时出现下面异常：<BR>COMException was unhandled<BR>The application is not licensed to create or modify schema for this type of data<BR>这是不是授权的问题？是sde授权有问题还是gdb授权有问题？</FONT></FONT></P>
