<P>我在windown2003 server 版下安装arcims9.0 装好后，用Diagnostics测试，报错为“Page Cannot Be Found”，提示说的解决方法是：“Open the iPlanet Server Manager and enable the Servlet Engine. See 'Step 4: Configure your web server' in the ArcIMS Installation Guide.”</P>
<P>我打开administrator 状态栏显示 the url http://<计算机名> is invalid or arcims is not running</P>
