[求助]有人装ArcGis9出现过问题么
在装ArcGis9的licence manager时出现I/O错误，郁闷阿，有人遇到过同样的问题没有啊？

I think you are using the installation CD that has a problem with the LM installation file, you could download the new iso from the ftp. It works OK.

I have the same problem, later I found that there was an error when you create CD from image file, just use the LM from another CD.
