 <span class="style5">本课程所选教材是教育部"高等教育面向二十一世纪内容和课程体系改革计划"的研究成果，是面向21世纪课程教材。本课程以地理信息系统（GIS）实习为主线，重点讲述了GIS的数字化、空间数据结构、数据模型与数据库、空间分析、产品输出、GIS系统设计以及数字高程模型（DEM）、GIS与遥感、GIS应用模型和网络GIS等方面的原理、操作和编程。教材突出GIS算法编程和应用软件操作。其中，GIS应用软件的操作以目前流行的MapInfo、ARC/INFO和自行研制的GIS-TP教学实习软件为主要工具，算法编程方面则提供大量的C、VB和DELPHI源程序。教材充分体现了GIS实践性和操作性强的特点。</span>
<p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; MARGIN: 0px; WORD-SPACING: 0px" class="style5">本课程既可作为高等学校地理学、地理信息系统、资源环境与城乡规划管理、区域经济学、环境科学、房地产等专业本科生的必修课，也可作为上述有关专业的硕士、博士研究生的选修课。同时也可供政府、企业相关部门的GIS研究和工作人员参考。</p>
