<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>、熟练掌握<FONT face="Times New Roman">ArcGIS</FONT>软件的操作，以及在<FONT face="Times New Roman">.Net</FONT>环境下<FONT face="Times New Roman">AO/AE</FONT>的二次开发；</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">4</FONT>、具有良好的学习能力、团队合作精神、较强的责任心；</P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5</FONT>、具备<FONT face="Times New Roman">GIS</FONT>项目开发经验，有国土部门方面的开发经验优先。</P>
