<P>地图浏览助手，可以方便浏览瑞图地图和GOOGLE卫星图，并缓存图片在本机，可以脱机浏览，另可保存当前视图地图为JPEG图片。</P>
<P>python 实现从网络获取地图图片，并控制图片的缓存和显示。<BR>pyQt4  实现人机界面。<BR>py2exe 实现打包成exe。<BR>NSIS    实现打包成安装文件。</P>
